Miami University offers Earth Expeditions, study abroad graduate courses for people who are looking for inspiring professional development opportunities while earning graduate credit. All courses engage with grassroots conservation and sustainability programs that are making a difference in 15 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
Students travel to conservation areas to gain first-hand knowledge of local biodiversity and community conservation efforts for the benefit of humans and wildlife worldwide. All courses also involve an on-going online component in which students interact to make change in their home communities.
Applications are accepted between early September and January 28 each year. Accepted applicants are notified in the spring and start their studies in the Summer Term.
